Just a few minutes away from the lively beaches and all the Riviera atmosphere, we enjoy the calm at home and in our garden. In our neighbourhood, most people live here year-round, which gives the area a calm, lived-in residential feel.
This is a home we enjoy spending time in ourselves, especially for outdoor living, long breakfasts, relaxed afternoons, and evenings that stretch into the warm Mediterranean nights.

Golfe-Juan is the perfect base for a golfing holiday on the French Riviera. Within just 10 to 30 kilometers you'll find some of the region's finest courses, including the historic Old Course in Mandelieu, the prestigious Royal Mougins Golf Club, and the beautiful Golf d'Opio-Valbonne. With its mild climate and spectacular scenery, the Côte d'Azur offers exceptional golfing all year round.
In the heart of the Riviera
Golfe-Juan sits perfectly between Cannes (7 km) and Nice Airport (22 km), making it an easy base to explore the Riviera. The train station is just a short walk away (around 800 metres), with direct coastal trains to Monaco. Saint-Tropez is also a wonderful full-day trip, about 1.5 hours away by car, depending on traffic.
